Mix together all the wet ingredients.
Combine everything. Do not overmix.
Line or grease a muffin tray and divide the mixture evenly in all holes. Don't be scared to fill them to the top. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
Bake at a preheated oven at 425F/220C for 5 minutes. Then lower the heat to 350F/180C and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and centers are set. Stick a toothpick in the center of a muffin if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
