Ingradients
  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions

    Cut each wing at the joint so you have a wingette and a drumette.

    In a large bowl mix the flour and spices. Toss in the chicken wings make sure they get coated evenly. Shake off the excess.

    Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes at 400F/200C. Flip once so both sides get crispy and golden brown.

    Toss the wings in a large bowl with the BBQ sauce. Coat them evenly and return to the baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 425F/220C.

    Serve warm and enjoy!
