Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions

    In a small bowl mix together the mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.

    Brush the salmon with the glaze. Place the fillets skin down on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.

    Bake in an oven at 425F/220C for 10-15 minutes.
