Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • For the sauce
  • 3 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Toppings (optional)

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

    In a small bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.

    Chop the green onions.

    Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef cook until browned. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, cook for 1 minute and add the sauce and cooked noodles.
