Description

Ground beef noodles are a flavorful and satisfying dish that combines savory ground beef with a variety of Asian-inspired ingredients. This dish is known for its versatility, allowing you to customize it to your taste.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • For the sauce
  • 3 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Toppings (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Green onions
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

  2. In a small bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients. 

     

  3. Chop the green onions.

  4. Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef cook until browned. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, cook for 1 minute and add the sauce and cooked noodles.

  5. Serve hot with your toppings of choice!

Tips
  • Use a good quality beef. This will make a big difference in the taste of the dish.
  • Adjust the amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to your taste.
  • Serve the noodles immediately with your favorite toppings, such as chopped green onions, Sriracha sauce, or chili garlic sauce.
