There's a lot of recipes for the perfect zucchini roll, but none of them get even close to what we have here. This one is to DIE for!
Wash the zucchini, trim the ends and shred them.
Put the shredded zucchini in a cheese cloth and squeeze out as much water as you can.
In a bowl mix the eggs, zucchini, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture onto a backing sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/180C for 15-20 minutes.
When the base for your roll is cooked take it out of the baking dish and let it cool for 15 minutes.
Spread the melted cheese sauce carefully and add the ham slices.
Remove the paper and refrigerate the roll for 30 minutes.
Serve cold and enjoy!
