Description
Tuna salad is a classic but we think our variation is even better. The tuna salad is an easy-to-make dish that is perfect for lunch, picnics, or a quick dinner. Tuna salad is also a healthy meal choice as it's low in carbohydrates and high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
  • Mixed greens
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • Black olives
  • For the dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Dill (you can use fresh or dry)
  • Salt
Instructions

    Cut the onion and egg to your desired shape and size.

    In a large bowl add the greens, tuna, corn, olives, and the cut onion and egg.

    For the dressing start with mixing together the sour cream and cream cheese. Then add the lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Mix until you get a smooth texture. If you wanna save yourself some time and work you can just add everything to a food processor.

    Mix your salad with the dressing and enjoy!
