Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, salt, and milk together. Slowly add the flour and mix until fully combined.

  2. Heat a frying pan/crêpe pan to medium-high heat. 

  3. Lightly butter the pan and pour or scoop the batter onto it. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  4. Cook until the bottom has turned light brown (should take 1 to 2 minutes). Run a spatula around the edge of the pan to loosen the crêpe so  you can flip it easily. Flip and cook until the other side has turned light brown.
  5. Brush the edges with some melted butter right after taking the crêpe out. 
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
