  1. Cut each wing at the joint so you have a wingette and a drumette.
  2. In a large bowl mix the flour and spices. Toss in the chicken wings make sure they get coated evenly. Shake off the excess.

  3. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes at 400F/200C. Flip once so both sides get crispy and golden brown.

  4. Toss the wings in a large bowl with the BBQ sauce. Coat them evenly and return to the baking sheet. 

  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 425F/220C.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
