Instructions

  1. Start with mixing the milk and butter together.

  2. Add the salt and flour and start kneading until you get a nice soft dough. If the dough is too sticky add more flour. 

  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

  4. Divide the dough into small golf-sized balls. 

  5. Dust a work surface and a rolling pin with flour. Start rolling the balls out try to get them as thin and round as possible. If needed sprinkle with more flour throughout the process.
  6. Heat up a non stick pan on high heat and start cooking your flatbread one at a time. 

  7. Cook each one for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden and puffed up.
  8. You can brush the flatbread with some melted butter or try serving it with our eggplant dip. Enjoy!
